We call our teaching system "Golf from the Ground Up" because all programs begin with putting and gradually evolve to the full swing. By developing your short game skills first, you establish a solid base on which to build a consistent, repeatable swing.
State-of-the-art video analysis is an integral part of our curriculum. We create your own personalized videotape featuring "before" and "after" swings as well as voice-over, stop-action, telestrator and recommended drills and practice routines. This becomes your permanent lesson to take home.
We employ a variety of teaching aids and specially designed practice drills. We also realize that no two swings are alike and therefore encourage you to swing within your own comfort zones. Our maximum student to instructor ratio is 4:1 and is usually 2 or 3 to one.
Our superbly maintained practice area is located on over 20 acres. A half-acre chipping and putting green, four bunkers and special wedge areas recreate virtually any on-course situation.
Our staff of four full- and four part-time PGA instructors are well qualified and eager to help you. We enjoy teaching players of all levels - new players as well as professionals. Steve Dresser, Director of Instruction, is a Class A PGA member and has taught golf for over twenty years.
We’re open year-round. Each week we schedule two 3-day schools, two 2-day schools, and one 5-day school. Classes are held from 9am-1pm. We also offer customized programs, private, group and on-course instruction.
